Once the client received the document to sign via DocuSign - John said that only Jane's signature was placed in both her signing place and his too, and that he was unable to change the signature to sign his name in the field needing his signature. Is there a reason why this occurred and only Jane's signature was placed after clicking "sign", even though the recipient names were addressed to both John and Jane, both recipients have the same email address, and both recipients needed to sign each of their names individually on the same form - but for some reason only Jane's signature would take, and it was not only in just Jane's requested signature field but also the field where John's signature was requested that only Jane's signature would appear.
